Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

  • All content on this website is owned by Omaz Media
  • Client projects become the property of the client upon final payment
  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

Omaz Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any sensitive business information without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
